As a Client Liaison at Fathom Financial Partners, Paula Jackson is often the first voice clients hear when they call—and the one they know they can always count on. With years of experience in client relations, Paula is known for her responsiveness, warmth, and unwavering commitment to service. She ensures that every client interaction, from scheduling meetings to processing account updates and distributions, is handled with care, accuracy, and attention to detail. 

Paula’s role extends beyond logistics; she brings a personal touch to every relationship. Whether she’s coordinating client events or helping a family through an important financial milestone, she takes pride in making clients feel valued and understood. Her colleagues often say Paula has a talent for making everyone’s day a little brighter—and she proves it with every conversation. 

Paula attended the International Academy of Merchandising & Design in Tampa, where she developed her eye for detail and appreciation for meaningful connections—skills she brings into every aspect of her work at Fathom. 

On a Personal Note

Paula lives in Livonia, Michigan, with her husband, Tom. They have three grown sons, all married, and Paula cherishes her two four-legged grandchildren and is excitedly expecting another granddog soon! She enjoys traveling to new places, staying active, and going out for date nights at local restaurants. 

A lifelong dog lover, Paula is known to stop strangers on the street just to ask if she can pet their pup. Her warm, bubbly personality and genuine kindness shine through in everything she does—though she’ll insist she hates having her photo taken, she somehow always looks picture perfect.
